Our school Students Won the First Prize in the 8th National College Student Human Resource Management Comprehensive Ability Competition

Recently, the 8th National College Student Human Resource Management Comprehensive Ability Competition, hosted by the China Association for Human Resource Development and Research, came to an end. After multiple rounds of selection, students from our school stood out from 2345 participating teams nationwide and won the first prize in the national competition.

Before the competition, our school's contestants actively prepared for the competition under the careful guidance of their mentors Qianyu Shi and Yinyin Jin. The contestants fully utilized the Jingchuang Cloud platform for practical simulation, continuously summarized their experiences, and deeply discussed the competition plan. In the competition, our school's contestants conducted in-depth analysis of the selected cases, repeatedly practiced the entire process of performance interviews, modified and improved the dialogue multiple times, polished the details, and calmly and accurately answered the judges' questions in the scenario simulation, ultimately achieving a good result of first prize. It is understood that this year's National College Student Human Resource Management Comprehensive Ability Competition is hosted by the China Human Resource Development Research Association, hosted by Southwest University for Nationalities, and provided by Zhejiang Jingchuang Education Technology Co., Ltd. It is a competition project for human resource management related majors of full-time undergraduate, undergraduate, and graduate students with formal enrollment in higher education institutions across the country. The competition is divided into school competition, regional competition, and finals. The regional competition was held in May 2023, the preliminary round of the finals was held in October, and the finals were held in November at Southwest University for Nationalities. This competition has tested the teaching achievements of our school, contributing to the continuous promotion of practical teaching reform in human resource management in China, improving the quality of talent cultivation, and promoting the growth of innovative talents in human resource services.
