Our School Holds a Demonstration Month for Classroom Teaching in the First Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic 

Net news (article/ picture Teacher Development Center Jing Zhang) In order to fully leverage the exemplary and leading role of excellent teachers in classroom teaching, strengthen the cultivation of teaching quality and abilities, and promote learning and communication among teachers, the Teacher Development Center organized the "Classroom Teaching Demonstration Month" activity. 11 excellent young teachers from various secondary colleges participated in the demonstration lecture, and about 400 teachers from the whole school participated in observation and learning. The event started from November 1st and ended on December 4th.

Before the event, the demonstration teachers actively prepared, and the Teacher Development Center organized an event preparation meeting to revise the teaching design of the demonstration teachers and provide feedback. During the activity, the demonstration teacher was fully engaged and the whole process was exciting and varied. Jianli Yang, a teacher from the School of Electronic Information, cleverly allows students to enter thematic learning with questions through knowledge review and scenario creation; Professor Zhen Wu from the School of Marxism led students to understand how to "build a socialist cultural power" through interesting forms such as leave notes and PK competitions... The demonstration teacher demonstrated their own teaching characteristics and highlights with a passionate and full attitude, rhythmic intonation, flexible and diverse teaching methods, and rich and diverse teaching forms, inspiring the observing teachers.

This activity was highly valued by school leaders, and Vice Principal Qionghua Wang personally led the team to listen to the class and participate in the evaluation. At the summary meeting, demonstration teachers expressed that they have benefited greatly, especially in terms of teaching design, grasping the key and difficult points of teaching, and other aspects where they have had a deeper level of thinking; Qionghua Wang fully affirmed the performance of demonstration teachers, and based on her own work experience and learning, she put forward valuable suggestions for demonstration teachers in teaching methods and ideas.

The "Classroom Teaching Demonstration Month" activity fully reflects the role of excellent teachers in mentoring, providing opportunities for young teachers to exercise and grow, as well as creating a platform for mutual learning, exchange and discussion; For new teachers, it creates an atmosphere of peer learning.
