Net news (article/ picture Academic Affairs Office Xing Zhang)In order to further update educational concepts, deeply implement the OBE education concept, lead talent cultivation with output orientation, improve professional connotation construction, and promote professional certification work, on the afternoon of December 15^th, the school invited Wei Bai,Director of the Academic Affairs Office of Chongqing University of Science and Technology, to give a lecture on "Reflection and Practice on the Reconstruction of Output oriented Applied Talent Training System" at our school. Director of the Academic Affairs Office,Qian Yang, presided over the meeting, and all members of the Dean of each teaching unit, Vice Dean of Teaching, Dean of Academic Affairs Department, Professional Leader, Department Head, Director of Teaching and Research Office, Teacher Development Center, Quality Management Office, and Academic Affairs Office attended the meeting.

Wei Bai, guided by output orientation, analyzed the talent training program, curriculum outline, curriculum construction, assessment and evaluation, and incentive guarantee of Chongqing University of Science and Technology from three aspects: "where the problem lies, what the ideas and measures are, and how to build the mechanism". Based on the experience of management work, Baiwei followed the concept, model, and method of "student-centered, output oriented, and continuous improvement" in engineering education certification, Based on the reform practice of Chongqing University of Science and Technology, this paper introduces the ideas and measures of teaching work, and elaborates on the reconstruction of the applied talent training system.

Qian Yang pointed out that Bai Wei's lecture has provided ideas and inspiration for our school's talent cultivation planning, and has a good guiding role. Each teaching unit should take this lecture as an opportunity, combine it with practical work, draw on the experience and practices of Chongqing University of Science and Technology, and actively engage in discussions. This will also promote the talent cultivation and teaching reform work of our university to a new level.
